Our goal is for our company to be a model production unit for Greek olive oil standardization companies and to establish itself in the domestic and international olive oil market. The quality of our products, the continuous research for improvement, the respect for the customer and the environment and our offer to the society, through charitable works are the basic principles and values ​​on which we base the successful course of our company.
vision
Olive Oil is made form the crushing and then subsequent pressing of olives. The fact theat olives are rich in oil is reflected in the botanical name of the olive tree- Olea europaea-since the world “oleum” means oil in latin. Olive oil is available in a variety of grades, wich reflect the degree to wich it has been processed. Extra virgin olive oil is derived from the first pressing of the olives and has the most delicate flavor and strongest overall health benefits.

Man kann hier die heutige Fertigung von Olivenöl kennenlernen und auch die alte Herstellung sehen. Sowohl als Film als auch direkt die Maschinen. Sehr eindrucksvoll und auch für nicht so technik Affine durchaus logisch nachzuvollziehen. In der selben Halle kann man verschiedene Ölsorten verkosten, ebenso Wein der Sorten weiß und rot und auch Honig. Dieser war sehr gut. Alles ist auch zu kaufen, sowie tolle Olivenholzutensilien für die Küche, Seifen und Kosmetika. Wir habe unsere Taschen gefüllt mit tollen Mitbringseln. Sehr zu empfehlen.
